Nous construisons avec nos clients une charte de projet. Cette charte d\u00e9crit les aspects cl\u00e9s du projet afin de donner aux personnes impliqu\u00e9es suffisamment de vision pour prendre les d\u00e9cisions \u00ab Go\/NoGo \u00bb lors des diff\u00e9rents jalons.<\/p>
